Body Move je vadba, ki traja 60 min in je sestavljena iz aerobnega in anaerobnega dela, kar pomeni, da vaše telo pridobiva na kondiciji in topi maščobe. Prav tako, pa se oblikujejo vse mišične skupine v vašem telesu.
